Sprouting turns a dormant seed into a nutritional powerhouse by inactivating enzyme inhibitors, removing anti-nutrients and increasing the nutritional value and better bio availability and absorbtion of Vitamins, Minerals, Protiens, Amino acids and Phyto Chemicals.

MY STORY

Mother’s heart is an ocean: unfathomable! You can never really determine its depth and purity unless you become one. Be it a newbie Mommy or a 96-year-old Mom with white-haired children, mothers can never really stop caring for their little ones. Being one such Mama the Journey of Sproutfully starts by recreating the forgotten recipes of the past to shoot up growth and nourishment for our very own baby and continued the chain of goodness by starting up an organic venture to reach out to other such Moms who passionately long to have some natural yet nutritional diet for their family.

When my daughter was born, being a first-time mom, I am perplexed about our daughter’s diet. My daughter was born with reflex which made her intolerant to commercially available options. Amidst all this, initially with help my MIL’s old recipe, I started making our own recipe with wholesome ingredients. And the magic of Nature was done! It worked for my daughter. I started studying about the ingredients and its nutritional benefits and formulate my own depending on the nutritional needs for my family. I started sharing the same to other mommies. Thus the journey started !!!
